Free Engagement Session!!!!

I am looking for a couple that wants a free Engagement session. This session will be a little different as I am looking to do it in the night time in downtown SLC. The first couple that volunteers will get a free shoot and a disc of their session for modeling for me and letting me use the images on my website. I have some cool new lighting techniques I want to try out :) Please email me or call me and we can set up a night to do the shoot. Thanks a million :)

Kelsy and Michael 06-22-07

On Friday, I shot Kelsy and Michael's wedding in Plain City. It was held at Kelsy's house and they had such a big beautiful backyard. The decorations were to die for. Kelsy and Michael are just the cutest couple and are so fun together. There were also a lot of tears and emotions at this wedding. Jessica and James 06-20-07

Hey all, I bet you missed me :) Business has been booming and I have been shooting like a mad man. This was the first of three weddings this week. Jessica and James are such a hot couple and I absolutely adore them. This was such a beautiful wedding and there were so many emotions. I cried so many times during the reception, and luckily my face was hidden behind the camera so I didn't make a fool of myself. I love weddings that are full of emotions and fun. So, hello all, this is Tiffany Dustin's lovely wife :). And because his work also inspires me, I want to start doing some things in photography. It's An Honor!!!! Featured on Blu

It is an amazing honor for me as tonight, I was interviewed and posted on Bludomain's Daily Blog. When I first signed up for a website through them, I admired all the talented photographers that they have interviewed and had always dreamed of one day being interviewed as well. I got the email last night and now my dream has come true :) I am so excited about this. I truly feel humbled that my work is starting to become recognized.

Jenni and Jared - 06-16-07

On Saturday with no sleep in 24 hours, I shot Jenni and Jared's wedding held in South Weber Utah. It was such a beautiful day and the whole field was decorated so gorgeously. Jenni and Jared are just such an awesome couple and I am so glad that I was chosen as their photographer. Their little ring bearer Ethan was just a doll. Tiffany was able to come with me to help out with some shots and I was so grateful. Hit play on the slideshow to see some of my favorites from the day.

Mark and Shalea - Boston, MA and Burlington, VT

I just got back yesterday morning from shooting Shalea and Mark's Wedding and boy oh boy it was such a blast. I was back from Mexico only two days before leaving. Flying in over Boston was awesome, they have as many baseball fields over there as there are LDS churches over here in Utah. I saw at least 50 baseball fields flying over Boston, it was awesome. The roads down there are crazy, I am so glad I had my GPS or else I would've been lost for sure. The day of the wedding was absolutely gorgeous, blue skies and warm temperatures. It was so much fun getting to know all of their families. I absolutely fell in love with all of the family members. After shooting the temple, we all drove 4 1/2 hours north to Lake Champlain in Burlington Vermont. They had their reception aboard the Northern Lights Cruise Ship and it was beautiful. We had a sunset to die for. I am still a little motion sick and dizzy from the boat ride, but it was worth it. After getting done with the reception at 10 PM, I had to drive 4 1/2 hours back down to Boston and stayed up all night charging my batteries for the wedding I had next day. After all were charged I went straight to the airport and flew home early in the morning to get back for Jenni and Jared's Wedding. Hit play below to see a few of my favorite from Boston.

Mindy and Matt - Puerto Vallarta Mexico

I know you all have been waiting so patiently to see these photos :) At last, I am finally posting a sneak peak. Things have been so crazy lately as after returning from Mexico, I had two consecutive shoots and then left for Boston. After Boston, I returned yesterday and shot another wedding. So things have been really hectic, but I am having the time of my life. I never realized destination weddings could be so much work, but at the same time, they are incredibly fun. I love these smaller intimate destination weddings as you feel so much closer to the family and get to know them on a more personal level. Mexico was amazing. We found this amazing palm tree grove with old abandoned brick archways and Mindy and Matt were such good sports to let us shoot them in so many places. We originally planned on doing a trash the dress session the day after the wedding in her dress, but she had to wear it to a reception in Utah so we did a hot session in a brown dress instead. Mindy and Matt were rolling around in the sand and making out in the waves, it was so hot. Anyways, I am almost done with their album so stay tuned for that as well as my Boston wedding and another wedding too :) Just hit play below to see a couple of my favorites.

Boston

Hey all, I made it okay to Boston. I am over here to shoot Mark and Shalea's wedding being held at the Boston Temple on Friday, then immediately following, we are driving up to Lake Champlain in Vermont for their reception being held on a Cruise Boat. It is going to be awesome and I can't wait to go shoot. I am working my tail off to finish the Mexico photos, so don't go too far. The flight was good, we hit a lot of turbulence coming here and I was terrified for a little bit, then I started thinking about my family to get my mind off flying. I hate flying and have such a fear of flying, but at the same time, it is so beautiful. Flying down to Mexico, we were flying over some cloud clusters that looked like grand balls of cotton, so very beautiful. Anyways, I am all alone out here in Boston and miss my family something awful. I wish Tiffany was here with me and that I was with my kids. Well, back to work.... :)

Puerto Vallarta

Hey all, I know you have been very patiently waiting for some pictures from the wedding down in Mexico. They will be blogged soon, so be patient :) Here are just a couple of personal pictures from the trip to hold you over for the good stuff. I am glad to be home and have been working non stop since my return to get the wedding edited. We got soooo many incredible shots. A special thanks to Trevor Meeks of Meeks Digital for coming down and assisting me with shooting. Stay tuned..... :)

Chillin at the Port

We are just chillin at the port.... the airport that is!!!! lol. We were supposed to take off at 11am, but apparently there was a problem with the planes windshield, so we are now departing at 2pm instead. So here we are just killin 4 hours of time waiting for our new take off time. We are hoping when we get to Mexico that we have a good internet connection at the hotel so we can keep you guys posted each day and be able to blog lots of pictures. Wish us luck that they get that fixed soon so we can get there soon :)

Holly and Preston

On Saturday I shot Holly and Preston's wedding. These two are just the sweetest and cutest couple ever. Their ceremony was absolutely beautiful and so emotional. I just love when the groom cries and gets emotional. It was funny because as I was shooting the line walking up the aisle, there was Danny Tarasevich from the movie Sons Of Provo. It was Preston's brother. Danny performed live at the reception with his band Voodoo Box, they were awesome. Thanks so much Holly and Preston. You guys are the best.

Sasha and Brandon

On Friday of last week, I had the honor of shooting Sasha and Brandon's wedding. It was such a blast and these two are such a fun and cute couple. Brandon is my cousin and him and Sasha have been together forever, so when they asked me to do their wedding photos, it was no surprise. For Brandon's wedding gift, Sasha bought him a brand new 2007 Honda Shadow motorcycle. It was a total surprise and he was so excited.

Kelsy

I shot bridals for Kelsy at Memory Grove last week. Her dress is absolutely gorgeous and so unique. We were originally supposed to shoot in Park City, but they had a chance of snow. It was very windy, but Kelsy still looked amazing.

Dani and Jason

I had such a blast shooting engagements for Dani and Jason. They are getting married in Jamaica in November and I wouldve been doing their wedding if their venue didn't have a strict third party vendor policy that doesn't allow anyone to photograph except for their "photographer". They will have a blast though. These guys had such a fun personality and were willing to do anything for photos.

Captain Jack Sparrow

Ok, seriously, this guys is the coolest Jack Sparrow ever. His costume is amazing and we had such a blast shooting this. His girlfriend dresses up with him and they go out to Renaissance Festivals and were a huge hit at the Pirates premier, and the great news is, he is going to be at my booth on July 4th. Bring your kids and get your photos taken with Jack.
