Jenni

Life has been soooo busy lately, it seems like I have been going nonstop. Every day for the past week or two, I have had a senior, wedding, or bridal every single day. In fact some times I was shooting two seniors for two hours each, one right after the other. I am having such a blast. Then I have another senior session today, and back to back weddings this weekend on Friday and Saturday. I am so glad to be doing what I love. Last night I was blown away at Jenni's bridal shoot. Her dress is absolutely gorgeous and has such a beautiful vintage look to it. She originally wanted her photos done at the Grand America in SLC, but after finding out they charge a photographers fee of $700, she decided to do them elsewhere. The location she chose was at the house of a very good friend of theirs named Dr Marquart in Ogden. His house was absolutely beautiful and had such nice landscaping. He had a beautiful wall painting of aquatic life. As I got home tonight and started editing the photos, I was blown away at how awesome they turned out.

Jessica

Last night I drove out to the Tahitian Noni to take Bridal photos of Jessica. I had never been there before and the gardens were absolutely beautiful and Jessica is such a beautiful bride. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

Kristie

Wow, I am speechless on these ones. Kristie is so beautiful and her dress was absolutely stunning. I don't think I have ever had so much fun on a bridal shoot. We were laughing and got along so well it seemed like we were old friends. I couldn't have asked for a better bride. Kristie is such a sweetheart and Kory is one lucky guy. One of Kristie's closest friends Shirleyann Garcia came along and did an amazing job on her makeup. If anyone needs a makeup artist for your wedding, give Shirleyann a call, you won't be disappointed. 801-336-6185 After seeing 1/10th of my favorites, check out Kristie's slideshow.

Tiara

The wind was howling as it swayed the trees and springtime flowers back and forth. The skies were bright and blue, but that didn't seem to have any effect on the temperature as the cold win brought a chill and freezing temperatures. As I approached Tiara at Temple Square, I thought she might want to immediately retreat indoors for some photos, but to my surprise she said "It looks so nice outside so we might as well shoot outdoors while we can." What a trooper. Through the blistering cold and howling wind, she was able to keep a smile through it all and looked so beautiful doing it. The cold did not effect her at all. It was a challenge keeping her veil attatched to her head as the wind blew it off numerous times. We had so much fun. Tiara's dress was simply amazing and she looked stunning in it. I am so lucky to have been chosen as her photographer and can't wait for the wedding next month. Special thanks to my good friend Heidi Uhl for coming along and being such an awesome assistant.

Jake

On Saturday, I shot bridals for Jake at Memory Grove in SLC. It was a beautiful day and spring was in the air. The trees were starting to blossom and the rich scents of fresh flowers permeated the air. One of my favorite times of the year are spring and fall with the temperatures not being too hot or too cold. They are the most colorful seasons and evoke emotions of happiness and peace. These were the perfect combinations for some nice backdrops. Jake is a very unique bride. Not only is she one of the most beautiful women on the outside, she is very down to earth and the sweetest person on the inside. I can't wait for the wedding next month. Here were a few of my personal favorites.
