So a couple weeks back, I decided to start taking my girls out one night a week for a little alone time. So last night was date night with Kyleigh and we went out to dinner at Denny's and then headed out to Sparetime Fun Center in Roy so she could play the arcade. Well after spending $20 in tokens, we won enough tickets to buy Kyleigh the sour spray candy that she wanted, hahaha, I didn't realize it until after we were leaving, I was like, wow, we just spent $20 on this. Anyways, here is a little video from our date.

Mallorie and Matt
So last Thursday I shot engagements for Mallorie and Matt. Aren't these guys so cute together? It all started when Matt asked Mallorie "Do I know you? You look familiar" and to which Mallorie replied "Out of all of the pick up lines available you chose that one?" to which he said "Well is it working?" lol. I love it, and as you can see it did work ;) Matt proposed to Mallorie at the JSB while dining at the Roof. I can't wait for their wedding in May :) Check out these killer shots we got

Tiana
On Tuesday, I drove out to Bountiful to shoot a senior session for Tiana. Having never met her, when she first walked up, my first thought was Lindsey Lohan. It wasn't the first time she has got that comment, lol. Anyways, she was absolutely stunning and so fun to work with. We started out in Bountiful and then headed out to SLC to shoot at the infamous graffiti wall. She loves graffiti. Tiana wants to be a pediatrician and she is in love with rock climbing. She even took a charity trip to Jordan and worked with children. She has a huge heart and from hanging out with her, I could tell that she is the life of the party. She is unique, spunky, and is so upbeat. Can you believe this is her first time having her pictures taken professionally? Anyways, here are a couple of my favorites from the session.

Jamie and Leo
So last Saturday I was in SLC shooting the wedding of Jamie and Leo. We started out at the Salt Lake Temple and then up to the Rice Eccles Stadium for the reception. It was my first time shooting at the stadium and it was very cool. The decorations and floral were great, done by Jamie's sister-in-law Amanda whose wedding I shot last summer (Amanda and Steve). They received so many compliments all night on how well the place looked. It was a fun night and I love both of their families so much.

I am the luckiest man alive !!!!!
I just wanted to make a quick post to say how lucky I am to have such a gorgeous wife who I cherish with all of my heart. You never ceases to amaze me and my life is so complete with you. You truly are my best friend and we have such a great relationship. One thing that I really love is that on long vacation drives and anywhere and everywhere we go, we always can carry on a great conversation. You are so supportive of me with my photography business and you sacrifice so much. You are so gorgeous and still look so beautiful after having 3 kids. I love that I can still look at you after 9 years of being together and you still takes my breath away. I am so thankful for all that you are and for giving me the 3 most precious gifts in my life. I am glad that you will be able to travel with me on some of my destination weddings and be able to share that with me. The beautiful places such as Hawaii and Ireland that we will see will be second to the beauty that I see in you each day. I can think of no one else that I would want to spend the rest of my life with and grow old with. Thank you and I love you Tiffany.

Tania and CJ
On Saturday I shot the wedding of Tania and CJ at the Salt Lake City Temple and reception at Le Jardin. During our meeting Tania expressed concern that her and CJ were not spontaneous for photos and may need some direction. I was amazed at how wrong she was, hehehe. These guys were so candid and easy to shoot. They were beaming with love for each other and you can tell in all the pictures just how happy they are together. I had such a fun time and really connected with these guys. I am so happy that they found each other and that they found me. As always, below are some of my favorites from the day.

Jamie Bridal Session
We really lucked out on Sunday for Jamie's bridal session. We were able to get the session done in perfect time. As soon as we finished out last shots and started to drive away, the big storm hit no more than 1 minute later. It was clear but cold for the session so I am glad the storm didn't come any earlier. I was in love with Jamie's dress, vintage style with a tan color to it.

Charlotte and Seth
Meet Charlotte and Seth. Tiffany and I met them in downtown SLC for their engagement session on Friday. I can't wait for their wedding and reception. They are getting married mid March in the Washington DC Temple and will be having a reception in Ireland mid April. While we are in Ireland for the reception, we will be driving all around Ireland to shoot them in their wedding attire by Irish castles, Irish Beach, Irish countryside, we are going to get some AMAZING images and we can't wait. Seth has the coolest Irish accent. Anyways, Charlotte and Seth were so fun to shoot and were really great to talk to and getting to know. Their engagement story was awesome and Seth proposed atop a mountain in Ireland, after hiking and almost reaching the top, a storm came in and Charlotte had wanted to turn back, but Seth had a proposal planned so he coaxed her into proceeding to the top by saying that it was "like their relationship, when it gets tough you just keep going". Such an awesome story and these two are such an awesome pair. Here are some of my favorites from the session.
